Tafit Escrow is a secure holding system that ensures both buyers and sellers fulfill their part of the deal. When a buyer wins an auction, their payment is held safely in escrow until the seller delivers the item and confirms delivery.

When are escrow funds released?

Once both parties confirm that delivery or pickup was successful. In some cases, funds auto-release after a 72-hour window if no dispute is raised.

Where do my earnings go?

Once released, your funds go to your Tafit Wallet. You can use this balance to purchase listings, boost visibility, or request withdrawal (if eligible in your region).

Can I cancel a transaction?

Yes, but only if both the buyer and seller agree or if there’s a dispute that justifies cancellation. Tafit Admin reviews and approves these cases individually.

What happens if delivery fails?

If the seller fails to deliver or the buyer disputes the transaction, the funds remain in escrow. Tafit Admin will investigate and resolve the issue fairly.
