Tafit Auction is a local digital auction platform. Because all auction transactions are final by nature, we do not guarantee refunds unless under specific circumstances as outlined below.
1. When You May Qualify for a Refund:
- The item was not delivered, and no proof of shipment was provided.
- The item is significantly different from the description, and the evidence is submitted.
- The seller fails to complete the transaction.
- A platform or payment error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge).
2. Situations That Are Not Refundable:
- Change of mind after bidding
- Bidding errors or auto-bid regrets
- Items are described accurately, butdo not meet buyer expectations
- Listings marked “final sale”
3. Requesting a Refund
To request assistance or a refund:
- Email us at tafitauction@gmail.com within 3 business days of winning/paying.
- Include:
- Listing title or ID
- Payment confirmation (if applicable)
- Photos or an explanation of the issue
4. Return Requirements
If a return is required:
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in its original condition
- Use tracked and insured shipping to avoid disputes
5. Token/Credit Transactions
Refunds made using TFT credits may be returned as platform credit only unless otherwise agreed by Tafit Tech Ltd.
6. Final Decisions
Tafit Tech Limited reserves the right to review and approve all refund requests. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
