Company refers to Tafit Tech Limited, LP#51 Toolsie Trace, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago.
Service refers to the Tafit Auction website located at https://tafitauction.ddns.net
you/User refers to any individual or entity using the Service to browse, bid, sell, or engage in any marketplace activity.
TFT refers to Tafit Utility Token used for platform features and credits.
TTD refers to Tafit Treasury Token used for value display and fiat-equivalent purposes.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tafit Auction.
- Use of Service
Users may:
- Register and maintain one (1) account per legal individual
- Bid on auction items or post listings in approved categories
- Fund accounts using supported payment methods or TFT
Users must not:
- Post fraudulent or misleading listings
- Violate local or international laws via listed items or transactions
- Attempt to exploit the platform, impersonate others, or misuse bidding
- Auctions & Listings
All bids placed are legally binding. Once an auction ends and a user wins, the transaction must be completed unless explicitly canceled by the platform.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Remove any listing that violates its policies
- Block users who abuse the bidding or listing system
- Hold funds in escrow pending investigation
- Credits, Tokens & Payments
- TFT is a utility token used for purchasing listing credits and promotional tools.
- TTD is used as a reference for item pricing and buyer payments.
- Users agree that all in-platform purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
- Refund Policy
All auctions are final. However, Tafit Tech Limited may issue refunds at its sole discretion for:
- Items not delivered
- Misrepresented products
- Unauthorized payments
